An established Building Services consultancy is looking to appoint a Revit MEP Technician to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of Revit MEP experience who is looking to develop their career while working on a wide variety of exciting building services projects.

Working alongside experienced engineers and BIM professionals, the successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality 3D MEP models and coordinated project information across all stages of design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and maintain accurate MEP Revit models for building services projects.
  • Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models from engineer mark-ups and design information.
  • Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural disciplines.
  • Assist with clash detection and model coordination using BIM workflows.
  • Prepare drawing packages and project documentation.
  • Ensure models comply with company BIM standards and project requirements.
  • Attend coordination meetings and support the wider design team.
  • Assist with model updates throughout the project lifecycle.

About you:

  • At least one year of experience using Revit MEP within a Building Services environment.
  • A good understanding of MEP building services and BIM workflows.
  • Experience producing coordinated Revit models and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
