Senior MEP BIM Coordinator

The Opportunity

A respected Building Services consultancy is seeking a Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to join its growing London team. Reporting directly to the BIM Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the development of the BIM function, helping to expand a team that currently consists of three BIM professionals.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality BIM projects while helping to shape standards, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP BIM models across a variety of building services projects.
• Support the BIM Manager in developing and growing the London BIM team.
• Produce and manage high-quality Revit models and project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and external consultants to ensure clash-free designs.
• Maintain BIM standards, workflows and quality assurance procedures.
• Mentor junior BIM Coordinators and provide technical support.
• Attend project coordination meetings and assist with BIM implementation across projects.
